We are a real estate brokerage operating in the United Arab Emirates. We help clients buy, sell, and rent property and related services.

Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, nationality or residency (where relevant to a transaction).
Property & inquiry data: properties you view, saved searches, viewing requests, budget, preferred locations, and messages you send us.
Communication data: messages sent via WhatsApp Business, email, contact forms, or call-back requests, including metadata such as date and time.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies when you use our website (see our cookie practices in this policy).
Marketing preferences: newsletter subscriptions and consent records.

When you message us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc. processes messages according to its own policies. We receive and store the content necessary to respond to you and provide our services.

3. How we use your information

Respond to inquiries and provide property information, viewings, and brokerage services;
Communicate with you via WhatsApp, phone, email, or SMS where you have contacted us or consented;

4. Legal bases

We process personal data based on: your consent (e.g. marketing, WhatsApp outreach after you contact us); performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract; legitimate interests in operating our business and serving clients; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

Developers, landlords, and sellers when necessary to arrange viewings or transactions you request;
Service providers such as hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and IT support, under appropriate confidentiality terms;
Meta / WhatsApp as the platform provider when you use WhatsApp Business to contact us;
Authorities when required by UAE law or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information.
